When Is It Time To Seek Professional Help?
When an emotional state (such as depression, anxiety, irritability) or conflict (such as marital or other interpersonal conflict) does not
resolve itself and your level of functioning and sense of well-being are diminished, it is time to seek help.
Sometimes
a person may just feel stuck: Unable to move beyond a certain
inhibition or an ill-defined obstacle, or perhaps has reached
an impasse in a relationship. Having this awareness
