About the Therapist

Patricia McCallum is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has practiced psychotherapy with both adults and children since 1978. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Catholic University, she also has a Certificate in Group Psychotherapy from the Center for Group Studies, Psychiatric Institute Foundation, and a Certificate in Short-term Psychodynamic  Psychotherapy from Washington School of Psychiatry.  She has been certified Diplomate status from the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.

She is active in professional organizations and has served on the Board of the Greater Washington Area Society for Clinical Social Work.  She is a member of the National Federation of Clinical Social Workers, and the National Association of Social Workers.
