What is Personal Coaching?

Personal coaching is based on a "wellness" model with the general goal of self-enhancement.  It enables a person to more efficiently and effectively realize their potential

What Can I expect from Coaching:

2. Taking necessary action to achieve these goals.
3. Getting more accomplished than you thought possible.
4. Finding you have fresh ways of thinking.
5. Making better life choices.
 

How Do I Work

I start with asking you to think about what matters most to you. It is tragic to see a person at the end of their life realize that what they centered their life around was not what ultimately mattered to them, nor gave their life meaning and richness.

Setting a foundation that resonates with you and is based on your carefully considered values provides a stronger identity, purpose and a solid reserve you can draw upon.

Plus it creates an integrity between who you are and what you accomplish. This is a source of internal momentum .

Goals are established and specifically articulated. You are helped to develop the discipline needed to stay focused and implement the steps towards completing your goals. The synergy between you and a coach is energizing. Taking action becomes more fluid, easier and dynamic.

What is the Cost?

My fee for a 30 minute coaching session is $50. I recommend that you make a commitment for 4 sessions which provides you with a good sampling of the coaching experience and what it can actually do for you. If however, you know after the first session that this is not something you wish to pursue at this time, you are free to stop without any financial penalty.

Where, When and How?

Coaching sessions are conducted by telephone or in person at my office if you prefer; both daytime and evening hours are available.
